Updating your profile information
Change your name, photo, and contact details from your account settings.
Go to Profile or Account Settings in the app or website. From there you can update your display name, profile photo, email address, and phone number. Keeping this information current helps couriers and support reach you if needed.
Some changes — like a new email — may require re-verification for security. You'll receive a confirmation link or code before the update takes effect.
Your order history and saved preferences stay intact when you edit your profile. Nothing resets unless you explicitly delete your account.
