Accept orders, navigate, and mark deliveries complete in the partner app.
The courier app shows available delivery requests near you. Accept within the timer window — missing too many requests may affect your account standing. Navigation opens in your preferred maps app with the restaurant and customer addresses.
Mark Arrived at Restaurant and Picked Up at the right moments so customers see accurate tracking. Confirm order contents with restaurant staff before leaving.
At delivery, mark Delivered only after handing food to the customer or following their written drop-off instructions.
