Bags, phones, and vehicle standards expected of active couriers.
Active couriers need a smartphone compatible with our partner app, a data plan, and an approved insulated delivery bag. Good Living Connect may provide or subsidise bags in some cities — check with your local coordinator.
Vehicles must be roadworthy with valid insurance and registration where required by law. Branding materials like shirts or stickers may be optional or mandatory depending on your contract tier.
