Why items sometimes show as sold out or disappear from menus.
Restaurants manage their own menus and stock. An item may become unavailable when ingredients run out or the kitchen pauses a dish for the day. Sold-out items are greyed out or hidden automatically.
Prices and descriptions are vendor responsibility — report inaccuracies via the order issue flow. Major menu overhauls may take a few hours to sync across the app.
