If a partner's practices concern you — poor hygiene, misleading photos, or repeated wrong orders — report via Help → Report a Restaurant with your order number and details. Photos strengthen investigations.
We audit partners periodically and act on credible complaints, including temporary suspension or removal from the platform. Serious food safety issues are prioritised.
Your report is confidential. Retaliation against customers violates our partner agreement.
