How ratings work and how your feedback helps the community.
After delivery, you can rate your order from one to five stars and leave an optional comment. Ratings reflect food quality, portion size, packaging, and accuracy — delivery speed is rated separately for couriers.
Honest reviews help other customers choose wisely and give restaurants actionable feedback. Offensive or fake reviews violate our community guidelines and may be removed.
Restaurants cannot pay to boost ratings. Rankings consider recent performance, not just lifetime averages.
