Contacting your courier
Call or message your assigned courier without sharing personal numbers.
When a courier is assigned, the order screen shows a Call or Message button that uses anonymised contact — your personal phone number stays private on both sides.
Use in-app contact for directions, access codes, or to confirm you've come downstairs. Couriers appreciate a quick response if they reach your area before you do.
If the courier isn't reachable and delivery is at risk, tap Get Help for support to assist.
