Delivery instructions for couriers
Add gate codes, landmarks, and handoff preferences to every order.
Use the Delivery Instructions field at checkout or save default notes on your address — e.g. "Blue gate opposite the pharmacy" or "Call when at the junction." Clear instructions save time and reduce failed deliveries.
You can request contactless drop-off by noting where to leave the bag. Couriers will follow reasonable instructions when safe to do so.
Update instructions before the courier picks up your order. Changes after pickup may not reach them in time — call support for urgent updates.
