How ETAs are calculated and what affects delivery speed.
Estimated delivery time combines kitchen prep duration and courier travel time. The first estimate appears at checkout; it may update as the order progresses.
Rain, traffic, peak hours, and restaurant backlog extend ETAs. We recalculate when significant delays occur so you're not left guessing.
Rural or distant addresses within our service area may show longer estimates — that's normal and reflects real travel conditions.
