Multiple deliveries to the same address
What happens when you place several orders to one location.
Each order is handled independently — separate preparation, couriers, and ETAs. Two orders from different restaurants won't automatically be combined into one trip.
If you accidentally placed duplicate orders, cancel the extra one quickly if still possible, or contact support. We can't merge orders after they're confirmed.
For large events needing coordinated drop-offs, reach out to support beforehand for guidance.
