Follow your meal from kitchen to doorstep with real-time status updates.
After placing an order, open the Orders tab to see status stages: Confirmed, Preparing, Ready for Pickup, On the Way, and Delivered. Push notifications alert you at each major step.
When the courier is en route, a map shows their location and updated ETA. GPS accuracy depends on network conditions — the pin may jump slightly in dense urban areas.
If tracking freezes, pull down to refresh or restart the app. The order is usually still progressing even if the map pauses briefly.
