Refund timeline and status
How long refunds take to appear on mobile money or card statements.
Approved refunds are initiated immediately on our side. Mobile money refunds typically arrive within 24–48 hours. Card refunds may take 3–7 business days depending on your bank's processing cycle.
You'll receive an email or in-app notification when a refund is issued. The amount returns to the same payment method used for the original order.
If you don't see funds after the expected window, contact support with your order number and payment reference. We'll trace it with our payment partner.
