What the small service fee covers and why it appears on your receipt.
Some orders include a modest service fee that supports customer support, platform maintenance, payment processing, and safety programmes for couriers and customers. It appears as a separate line on your receipt before you pay.
Service fees vary by order size and city but are always displayed transparently at checkout. Subscription or loyalty benefits may reduce or eliminate this fee on eligible orders in the future.
If a fee wasn't shown before payment, contact support with your order number — that shouldn't happen.
