Tipping your courier
Optional tips at checkout or after delivery to appreciate great service.
Tipping is optional but appreciated. You can add a tip at checkout or up to 24 hours after delivery from the completed order screen. Tips go directly to courier partners and help recognise reliable service.
Preset amounts or custom values are available depending on your app version. Tips can be adjusted after delivery if you change your mind — within the 24-hour window.
Poor service? You're never required to tip. Report issues instead so we can follow up with the courier partner network.
